Every order made on JuJuDeals.com is fully protected by the 30 Day Worry Free Guarantee. We want you to be completely satisfied with every product that you purchase from us. If you do not like your item, send it back with no worries! This guarantee does not start until the day that you receive your item in the mail and redeeming your refund is easy. Even after 30 Days, contact JuJuDeals.com and we will provide you with full instructions on redeeming your 90 Day Manufacturer's Warranty.
The 30 Day Worry Free Guarantee is effective starting on the day that you receive the item. If an item was found to be defective within the 30 Day Worry Free Guarantee period, please contact our support department for further instructions. If the item is found to be defective after the 30 Day Worry Free guarantee, our support department will provide you with full instructions on how to contact the manufacturer for the 90 Day Limited Manufacturer's Warranty. If the item is unopened and in its original packaging you will be eligible for a full refund. In the case you do want to return the goods, the shipping costs related to returning the item will be the customer’s responsibility. If the product is opened and/or there is no defect with the product and you want to return the product with in the 30 day worry free return policy, there will be a 15% restocking fee and all shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. We will not cover returns due to cosmetic damage, antennas, AC cords, cabinets, head bands, ear-pads, or damage due to line power surges, connection to improper voltage supply or settings, misuse, mishandling, improper application, accident, acts of God, or attempted repair by an unauthorized service agent. Products that require installation must be installed by a certified professional installer. All items that have not been properly installed by a professional installer will not be eligible for warranty or return.

JuJuDeals.com guarantees offering the lowest total price on any individual in stock item of any other online retailer of these items. If you find an individual item offered from any other online retailer at a lower total price than offered at JuJuDeals.com we will match the lower advertised price.
To receive the lowest total price guarantee, simply email the URL linking to the product information page showing the lower total price of an individual item (including shipping & handling charges) to gaurantee@jujudeals.com and we will match the price.
Due to fluctuations in exchange rates JuJuDeals.com will not price match Canadian retailers.
The lowest *total price guarantee applies only to like products sold at other qualified online retailers of our product line during the same time period. JuJuDeals.com will not match competitors' coupons or price clubs. The guarantee does not apply to price mistakes, magazines, items sold at auction, trading or "swap" sites or those sold by individuals not qualifying as retailers. Online retailers that do not disclose contact information, including a mailing address and origin of shipments will not be price matched. Online retailers known to list or sell products from unauthorized sources will not be price matched.
The guarantee does not apply to items sold at offline retail locations. Product sent via an expedited shipping method or to international addresses (including Canada) is not covered as part of the lowest total price guarantee.
JuJuDeals.com will not apply a price match and a JuJuDeals.com coupon on the same order.
We reserve the right to limit quantities.
JuJuDeals.com determines the lowest total price of an individual item as follows:
Product Price + Standard Shipping & Handling = Total Price*
*Sales tax charged for items shipping to an California address not included in the "Total Price Guarantee".

When making a return with an RMA#, place the item in the box it arrived in and send it back to us via the shipping instructions provided by the support representative. forget to include a brief note stating the reason for the return and if you'd like an exchange or replacement. We will not cover returns due to cosmetic damage, antennas, AC cords, cabinets, head bands, ear-pads, or damage due to line power surges, connection to improper voltage supply or settings, misuse, mishandling, improper application, accident, acts of God, or attempted repair by an unauthorized service agent. Please refer to our "30 Day Worry Free Guarantee" and "Defective Return Policy" sections above for more information, and please refer to the email instructions from the support department.
IMPORTANT:
If you are returning your item for a replacement or an exchange, your credit card statement will indicate a credit followed by a charge for the new transaction.
If you wish to only receive a refund for your unopened merchandise, the refund to your credit card will be made when your return is processed in our warehouse. Shipping & Handling is non-refundable.
All items will be shipped the same or the next day immediately after the payment is fully received or cleared, as long as orders are processed before 5PM PST.
